Maintenance Instructions for Your Silicone Smartwatch Band

To ensure your silicone smartwatch band remains comfortable, hygienic, and long-lasting, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

Regular Cleaning

• Clean the band regularly, especially after workouts or exposure to sweat, sunscreen, or lotion.
• Use warm water and mild soap or a gentle hand wash.
• Gently scrub with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Deep Cleaning (As Needed)

• If the band develops odor or visible stains, soak it in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes before scrubbing.
• For stubborn grime, a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe can be used sparingly.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning agents.

Drying and Storage

• Allow the band to air-dry completely before wearing it again or storing it.
• Avoid drying with heat sources like hairdryers or direct sunlight.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Avoid Excessive Exposure

Heat: Keep away from high temperatures (e.g., saunas, hot cars) as it may deform the silicone.

Chemicals: Avoid contact with oils, solvents, and strong cleaning agents which may degrade the material.

Sharp objects: Prevent punctures or tears by avoiding contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces.

Skin Health Tips

• Make sure the band is not too tight; leave room for your skin to breathe.
• Periodically remove the watch to let your wrist rest.
• Clean both your wrist and the band after heavy sweating or exposure to irritants.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
