Leather Watchband Care & Maintenance Instructions

To preserve the appearance and longevity of your leather watchband, regular care and proper maintenance are essential. Follow these instructions to keep your band looking great and performing well:

Daily Care

• Avoid Excess Moisture: Leather is sensitive to water. Remove your watch before swimming, showering, or heavy sweating. If the band gets wet, gently blot with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
• Limit Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading and drying. Store your watch in a shaded place when not in use.
• Avoid Chemicals: Keep your leather band away from perfumes, oils, lotions, and cleaning products which can stain or degrade the leather.

Cleaning Instructions

• Weekly Wipe Down: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the band to remove dirt, oils, and dust.
• Deep Cleaning (Monthly or as Needed):

Conditioning (Every 3–6 Months)

• Use a leather conditioner or cream specifically made for watch straps or fine leather goods.
• Apply a small amount using a soft cloth, rubbing it gently into the leather.
• Let it absorb and wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.

Storage Tips

• Store your watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid storing in airtight containers; leather needs to breathe.
• Use a watch case or wrap it in a soft cloth to prevent scratches and warping.

Signs Your Strap Needs Replacing

• Deep cracks or splits
• Persistent odor or mildew
• Significant loss of shape or comfort

Note: Leather is a natural material and will develop a patina over time, adding to its character. Proper care helps ensure it ages gracefully and maintains both beauty and function.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
